Excellent service

This was a difficult sale as there were 3 Power of Attorneys and medical issues that prevented the sale for a period of time. Luke was patient and understanding with our situation and always had a positive attitude. He communicated with all 3 of us individually and also on What's App which alleviated any issues between the 3 of us. Eventually the sale only took 1 week and at a price that we did not expect but was very happy with. Luke's professionalism and market knowledge was second to none and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If I was selling another house in the area I would definitely go with Luke. Outstanding service in everyway.
