Jacob was really pleasant to talk to on the phone and made the process of selling my house stress free as he took care of everything and managed to sell my house at a price that I was really happy with. I feel he had a really good idea of of the local market and what the value of the property was. He also did a great job of both being respectful towards the tenants that were renting my house but also managing to get done what was needed to get my house on the market and sold.
