I have been dealing with Andrew Molloy for over 15 years i have trusted him as he is always honest in his dealings. With both the seller and the buyer. As many times i have been a seller and a buyer and he has been the same person on both ends. His expertise and advise is spot on. He also works hard in a challenging environment as i have worked with Andrew in times of drought, economic crisis, natural disasters. He would adjust his marketing strategies to combat the market. He is innovative with his marketing and selling techniques. I have dealt with many agents throughout my life as i have a lot of interest in real estate. But Andrew is only one of a few agents around i must say that i would give 11 out of 10. The other thing i like about Andrew he is a true sales man working hard with the most extreme tenants at times he gets them to be his friend to allow him to show properties. This is hard as some agents destroy the relationship with tenants and loose long term tenants at times. Another thing is his advise when selling on what to do to gain extra or what not to do is also important.
