Spring and her team were remarkably responsive, dedicated, hard working, and efficient. From our initial meeting, where we were impressed by Spring's deep market knowledge, candour, proposed approach to marketing the property, and commission structure options proposed, to getting the property on the market, running a campaign, and then a successful auction (on perhaps the toughest day for auction clearances since COVID 19), the process took approximately 6 weeks. Trades were co-ordinated seamlessly, communication was excellent - across multiple channels (including WhatsApp, text message, emails and reports), and any issues were addressed or navigated seamlessly. The team was highly professional, polished, and very easy to deal with. Interested parties were followed up diligently, feedback was critically assessed, and the marketing strategy was adapted as needed - with the objective at all times being to secure the best possible outcome and a seamless sale process for our family. On the auction day itself, the additional touches were appreciated - parking arrangements, coffee van on site, giant bucket of Chuppa Chups at the front door - but it was during the post-auction negotiations that Spring and auctioneer JT were perhaps most impressive - again with the same candour and clarity that was applied at each other stage of the sales process.
