•In the leadup to selling my back yard I talked to a number of agents . Amongst all the ego and complacent superiority I encountered Mark looked at what was on the table and proceeded to outline how he would go about selling it . Not just advertise then wait for someone to come buy it , sell it . As an old school sales person , that got my attention . Mark lives in the area and loves it which came through to me and I believe would have made it easy for him to "sell" to prospective buyers . Also his professional past in land gave him insights and contacts that made it easy for him to explain many of the regulations , new and old , that can be enormous stumbling blocks to the unwary .There were constant communications as to where we were and what were my feelings at an particular time . All in all , Mark was quiet and easy going with a persistence and professionalism that always let me know he had my back . Pretty much my experience with the whole Fletchers team . This may be long winded but I think he,s worth the time .
