Worked hard for us

Rob kept us all informed throughout the whole campaign. He was easy to deal with and maintained regular contact. Unfortunately we did not sell at our auction. We resisted the pressure to immediately drop our price and 3 weeks later eventually had a successful private sale at the bottom of our reserve range. Rob worked very hard to negotiate the purchasers up in price and in securing an unconditional deal. This was a great outcome in this market. Thank you. With hindsight, I would not choose an auction approach in this market, but go to a private sale instead.
