You don't get the results Rob does unless you're a professional.

Rob puts himself front and centre in the community when it comes to selling/ buying a property. From the initial contact Rob takes the time to offer his assurances that he will take care of everything, from providing sales history, pricing information, target markets, and on to sales campaigns, open inspections to auction day and post sales. Rob worked tirelessly to get our property sold; from the sales campaign right up to auction day, where it passed in, but he wasn't done yet. With the greatest of patience and professionalism he managed to encourage an interested party ( who attended the auction, didn't raise a bid and had only seen the property for the first time minutes prior to auction) to have an extended, private inspection of the property, while offering excellent encouragement, and answering the many questions asked. This was for a couple of hours post auction; cutting into Rob's already less than limited time to his next appointments, but he stayed firm and committed to getting the party over the line to purchase and our property sold. Rob managed to pull off an extraordinary 11th hour sale through his committed professionalism, tenacity, and knowledge; we have sold and purchased a number of properties over the years but haven't seen an agent with such enthusiasm and seemingly boundless energy as Rob. We cannot thank him enough for the unbelievable outcome he provided for us, Rob has set the highest qualities and standards of what your agent should be.
