Honest, straight forward no nonsense approach guy

I met Michael when I was making enquiry to put the unit on the market for sale. I find he is well informed, knowledgeable of the current property market, especially under the current pandemic. Michael work hard to satisfy the many questions ask during the open inspections by potential buyers. 2 planned open inspection was impacted due current lockdown in Melbourne. Michael managed to negotiate a good sale price late into the night between 2 interested buyers. The property was sold to the best offer.
