Shaun seemed very in tune with the current market, had his own strategies for presentation.

We trusted Shaun, as we are novices when it comes to Real Estate. He was very patient and guided us through the process from beginning to end. We were on the market for only 17 days (12/1 - 29/1), given the time of year, the cost of living crisis and the prospect of an interest rate increase, to seal the deal prior to Auction was just unbelievable. Taking our age and health into account, to complete the sale so quickly was such a relief. Having said all of that we achieved an amount above our expectations. For that we say thank you. We felt Shaun had our interests at the forefront the whole campaign. Very professional and very approachable too.
