Ben Williams looked after the auction of my Uncle's unit and we found him to be professional and courteous. He had great communication skills and always kept us informed with anything relating to the unit. Whenever he made appointments with us, he was prompt and spent as much time as we needed explainging all the details of the auction. On the day itself, it was absolutely pouring with rain, but this did not deter Ben. He worked hard on our behalf and we reached a good result.
