Above reserve, zero stress. Tim delivered.

Selling our 3-bedroom unit in Epping with Tim at Fletchers turned out to be a much smoother experience than we expected — and the final price was better than we'd dared to hope for in this market. Auction day had us second-guessing ourselves a little. The crowd was smaller than we imagined, and we quietly wondered if we'd made the right call. But Tim had been steady and reassuring throughout — not in a salesy way, just genuinely confident because he'd done the preparation. The pricing strategy he recommended made sense from the beginning, and we trusted it. That trust turned out to be well placed. The result on the day was above our expectations, which isn't something many vendors can say right now. Through the whole campaign, communication was easy and transparent. We never felt out of the loop or had to follow up for updates. For an investment property where we weren't living locally, that peace of mind mattered a lot. If you're selling in Epping, we wouldn't hesitate to go back to Tim.
