Result Achieved!

Tim was recommended to me by a trustworthy friend and I am glad I went with her advice. As a person, Tim is very laidback. He does not fit the "pushy" agent stereotype. From the moment we met, he came across as laidback and honest. He was also upfront with how he works with his vendors - being that he actually directs the majority of his time to find buyers (over constant vendor communication). So as a vendor, you may not always hear from him. However, you can trust that he's doing what he can to find authentic buyers for your property! He is also the kind of agent that prefers not to stress his vendors with unnecessary information (like lowball/unrealistic offers). He only ever approaches you with the very important stuff! And that's not to say that he won't communicate with you at all. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out directly and he'll always get back to you with the answers and a "Don't worry, it's going to be okay!" attitude. Tim was also great with giving me advice early on around how I could improve the state of my property to attract more buyers. Lastly, and most importantly, Tim is very determined when it comes to achieving your desired end result. He will do whatever he can to ensure the desired outcome manifests for his vendors.
