Above reserve, zero stress. Tim delivered.

Selling our 3-bedroom unit in Epping with Tim at Fletchers turned out to be a much smoother experience than we expected — and the final price was better than we'd dared to hope for in this market. Auction day had us second-guessing ourselves a little. The crowd was smaller than we imagined, and we quietly wondered if we'd made the right call.
