Spring Chen is respectful, hardworking and well presented. Loved by both vendor and buyers. Spring's thoroughly professional work ethos gets results. Her professional guidance made for a stress free campaign. Ms Chen's skills, coupled with the dynamic engaging auctioning style of Jeremy Desmier, made for a fabulous result. Give Spring a call, if you're thinking about selling. And good luck : )

The all round experience at Fletchers was great. The communication was very honest and direct and they responded promptly to requests and questions. An overview of the current market was supplied as well as suggestions about strategy to get a positive result. They were very motivated to get a result.

Brooke Warwick is a real professional. She took me through the whole process without a hitch. We had ample interested bidders and an excellent result. She could not have done more. She even arranged a handy man to correct a minor problem the day before the auction. As an agent preparing the sale I could not fault her.

Brooke made the purchase of my first property very easy. She is a very personable person and works with you to get the best outcome for all parties involved in the buying and selling process. I would happily work with Brooke again.

Brooke was very professional in her approach in the up and coming sale of my apartment in Hawthorn. Brooke was always there to guide me along the way and very thoughtful in her approach. Although not achieving the final sale price that I had hoped for at the end of the day, it is what it is. Brooke in my view comes highly recommended and I’m sure that you will be pleased with her pleasant personality. Thank you Brooke & Fletchers. I hope the new owner will enjoy living at the apartment as much as our tenants have done in the past.

On 26 March our family home (14 Howell Avenue, Surrey Hills) was auctioned by Fletchers Canterbury. We were looked after by Spring Chen who headed up the marketing and logistics elements of the process and Jeremy Desmier who was the auctioneer. We were very happy with the result and enjoyed the relationship we had with them. It was very professional and convivial and we have no hesitation in recommending them. John and Jane Price
