Sale of Estate Property

Spring Chen was a helpful and professional agent for the sale of the property we placed with Fletchers. The open inspections were close to Christmas and we thought a sale may be unlikely after the Melbourne Cup and then holidays to start very soon. The promotion of the unit proved to be sound as in mid to late December we received an offer after the last open for the year before Christmas. We settled with the buyer on a mutually agreed price and it has been a win win for all concerned. Spring did a great job with the team at Fletchers to market the unit and the end was a good result.
