Unless you are a property investor or developer, buying and / or selling property is not something you do every day, so you need a real estate agent who is there to help you every step of the way. Stefan Cook and his team at Fletchers were there from first contact until the contract of sale was signed. Providing helpful advice and assistance in the lead-up to the start of the campaign, Stefan also gave valuable feedback after every open home to help give us an informed idea of how things were tracking towards auction day. On auction day itself, Stefan went through expectations and did everything possible to get the sale price we were after.
