Credit MUST be given where it is due!

As per my headline; credit MUST be given where they are due. Adrian Lieschke was the MOST prepared (market information and research) compared to the other two agencies that I have met. He was also very thorough when inspecting the property and went through ALL that were needed to be done prior to listing the property for rent. I also appreciated his ADVICE very much on when to list the property... as his market and timing knowledge made sense and were practical. All in all, Adrian was very professional (always returned my calls), friendly, patience and knowledgeable. Though I have not met Sandi Mongor..., like Adrian, she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She returned all my calls and her research, screening and advice during the listing, screening and decision making process were greatly appreciated. She definitely has our interest at heart... and at the same time making sure the tenants are happy too. THANK YOU, Adrian and Sandi!
