The hardest working RE Agent i know

Rob is a unique RE Agent - An Aficionado who is honest and down-to-earth amidst the hive of real estate buzz. His whole team are approachable and transparent; there is great communication back to the vendor at all stages of the campaign. Rob is able to read prospective buyers, has strong market knowledge and works overtime to get the best outcome for all parties. I was away for the latter half of my campaign, which wasn't ideal. Rob kept things running smoothly and the team accommodated additional private inspections during this time. I felt well-connected with the team, despite not being there. The team managed some issues that arose during my campaign: the house nextdoor was demolished, and a new owner was moving into the block. They fielded enquiries and put me at ease. The team sold my property in a difficult market, and Rob managed my expectations with tact along the way. He took the time to explain the process and built rapport with buyers so he understood their position. Fletchers have sold 3 properties within our family now, I would have no hesitation in engaging them again. I was also appreciative of the handyman contacts - I'd previously engaged some tradies with mixed results but was very impressed with the calibre.
