Sales associate extrodinaire.

Having recently listed and sold our property through Robin Waterbury we were very excited to find that Linda Drysdale was on Robin's team. Very Happy

Robin and I have had an association over a number of years, initially when he was with another company. I have found over that time he was always willing to provide quality information about the market and what I could expect to realise if we sold at a particular time. Despite talking to other agents, Robin's commitment over time proved his credentials and earned his commissioning as our agent. This illustrates his tenacious nature and imbued us with the confidence that he would work hard for us. Our house is not typical of surrounding properties in our area which made indicating a price point difficult. Robin suggested the market should decide, which was a little like going blindly into something, but we had the faith in our selection of agent and agency. We also had our own ideas!
