Excellent agent

Over about the last 12 years I have had a number of dealings with Fletchers in buying and selling properties. The experiences have always been very good. Starting with Gail Logan and Jason Salan and continuing most recently with Robin and Beverley Waterbury. So my expectations were high and when I found that I was dealing with Fletchers again in purchasing this latest property. Sam did not disappoint me. He did an excellent job. There were some potential issues with the fact that the vendor was overseas at the time I made my bid for this property and the process was also happening over the weekend. Both of these factors could have slowed the process down considerably and caused problems. The fact that they didn’t reflects on the professional way Sam conducted these negotiations on behalf of myself and the vendors. I’m very happy with the outcome and I believe that the vendors would probably be happy with the outcome as well. Again I think this reflects well on Sam’s professional approach in conducting this sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Sam as a very good agent, who reflects very well on the Fletchers company. This is a company I already had a very good opinion of and I continue to do so because of Sam’s very good work.

Sam was easy to work with. He was not your typical used car salesman type agent. Prompt with replies, extremely professional, organised, flexible and reliable. Sam made the effort to understand our needs and worked with us to achieve our desired result. He made the whole ordeal of selling bearable.
