Not at all happy

I had used different real estate agents over several years and I am sad to say that my last experience with the new property manager is by far the worse. There are a lot of issues and the most recent issue is that when my property got rented I did not get a statement and the reason was that there is no balance left to be transferred to my account. Regardless I still need a statement I want to know how much I was charged for advertising and all other expenses. It is very difficult to get in touch, my emails not responded, no updates what so ever after the tenants moved in. Very poor experience
