Poor experience

Such a poor experience from both their property management and sales teams. As soon as exclusivity agreement was signed they didn't listen to us. Reilly attempted to quickly under-sell the property prior to auction and have us accept an offer we were clear was below expectations. They held all the keys and left the heater on for months leading to a $685 gas bill which they have failed to acknowledge and there has been no response from Reilly after complaint.
