Sale of 18 Wanda Street Mulgrave, 3170

My wife Alison and myself were very happy that we selected Reilly Waterfield and Kaining Ma to sell our house. Upon our initial contact Reilly and Kaining were very friendly and easy to meet. They were not like the usual Agent who is full of bluster as to how they will sell your house. Reilly did state at the end of our discussions that he and Kaining would sell our house in a fortnight. Right on time the event happened with us reaching our desired price. Furthermore, Kaining had a constant stream of buyers visiting our house to view the property. Obviously her excellent expertise with the Asian Community led to the final result.
