Kaining is experienced and knows the process

Kaining has been in the real estate business for years, we went with another REA the last time we sold, but not this time! She is excellent. We live interstate and she kept us informed at all times. She only employed the best trades people to do repairs and cleaning, and house staging - all at excellent prices. Lastly, she negotiated an excellent price (despite the increased mortgage interest rates). Please Note: Don't be put off because her family heritage is from China, she understands the Melbourne market and Australians, and can also (as an added bonus) work well with sellers and buyers from China and Asia. She sold our property to local Aussies. We would use Kaining again and definitely recommend her.
