•I first met Scott around 10 years ago and sought his advice on whether to sell or keep my property in Ferntree Gully. His advice at the time was to keep it and that turned out to be a terrific decision. In terms of our latest dealings, my family had previously sought Scott's advice regarding the lease or sale of my father's home. We struggled to know what to do with it as my father was in care and we grappled with his ongoing medical needs and Aged Care costs. Scott was always patient and informative whenever we sought his opinion and advice. He was also very sensitive to the family's opinions and offered a great deal of support beyond our property needs based on his years of experience. Ultimately, we decided that it was time to let the home go which had been in the family for 47 years. This was a big decision so we turned to Scott to sell the property. In my professional life, I meet a lot of real estate agents. Being aware that agents often promise a high sale price upon signing the authority and then try and beat you down once the sales campaign starts, Scott was adamant that the price range he was suggesting was where our likely sale price would end up. This was before we signed anything so he certainly had confidence in what he was doing. As it turned out, we had 5 offers within a $75K range in the first week and the one we accepted was around $25K higher than our agreed reserve. Put simply, Scott delivered on what he said he'd do so we couldn't ask for more than that. I'd also like to commend Jenni Nash who was great to deal with and we found our interactions with the rest of the Fletchers support team to be equally professional. I would recommend Scott and his team for any of your property needs.
