Great communication, attention to detail and care
Buying a house is stressful yet Sam made the experience feel so much better with great communication and care. Whilst putting the needs of the vendor first (as you would expect) as a purchaser I found him to be equally as invested in making my experience a positive one too. Questions I had about the property were investigated and resolved very quickly and the process for making an offer was straight forward rather than overwhelming. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and continued to receive support after the contract was signed. Sam clearly has a passion for real estate and you can tell he genuinely wants to make the experience special for both parties. I would not hesitate to recommend him if you want to feel valued and supported when buying or selling a home.

Sam clearly communicates on a very regular basis as he sells your home. From the beginning he clearly guided us to get the best outcome. I felt that we were part of a team selling my home - he was keen to offer to help in any way. Then he thanked us for all we did to deliver and present our home in the best way. What agent does that? Well, Sam does! He is attention to detail, honest, genuine, always professional and smooths every situation in a calm manner.
