We found Bree to be genuine and friendly. She was respectful of our needs and the needs of other prospective buyers and highly responsive. Buying a new home comes with a lot of uncertainties and questions, and Bree was helpful and reassuring, and took steps in the background to help us with all the logistical bits and pieces involved with simultaneous buying and selling.
