Smooth sailings

Donna is really easy to deal with, she addresses issues that come up quickly and is quick to respond to emails. I have not had many issues in the many years I have had her as my agent. Any minor issues have been dealt with quickly and without any problems or lengthy delays. She is good with her progress reports when dealing with repairs. Just good to deal with someone that does what they say and I don't have to constantly follow up with like I do with other agents.
