An Agency Worth Considering!
We used Flick Realty as our property manager for 5 of our properties, including our residence when we moved on. That alone speaks volumes, however I will go on to say they were wonderful to deal with, great customer service and always on-hand when we needed to contact them. Their industry knowledge is very good and because of this, we often consulted with both owners of the company on the current market to make decisions. EOY paperwork was always supplied on time for tax and covered everything. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to any prospective landlord.

Flick Realty has been extremely professional to deal with from day one. Both Mike and Donna Wilding have made us comfortable throughout our stay in their managed rental property. We moved from South Africa in January 2023 and being a new tenant in the Australian market was daunting, but Flick Realty ensured our experience was nothing short of amazing. They were always responsive to our concerns and queries and thoroughly displayed knowledge of the rental market as well as the property that we were leasing. Their constant communication and notifications made it very easy to be aware of property activities and events around the rental property.
