I would use Mike / Flicked every time!

Mike is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to property, this was my first experience with selling a home and he explained the process throughout with great communication. We had issues with paperwork on the buyer's side which slowed everything down and Mike worked above and beyond behind the scenes to ensure that we got to settlement. Mike got us an offer higher than our asking price and overall we're incredibly happy with our choice to sell through him. I'd use him again & will forever recommend him to the people in my life.
