•We recently sold for the first time and we couldn’t be happier with Justin and his team (Rosslyn, Marcus and Calum). They communicated well, were solid and consistent with their advice and strategy, and most importantly achieved exactly what they told us they would. We met with four local agents when looking to sell our Brighton apartment and while three provided the same price guidance, Justin came back considerably higher. We asked if he was absolutely certain he could achieve this and he came back with an emphatic yes. Justin and his staff managed the campaign and one day after closing the EoI period, Justin had hit his number and our apartment was sold. In a tough market for apartments, this was a great result.
