We have a beautiful apartment (2 bed 2 bath 1 underground carpark), that we are going to sell. It's in a high quality and secured building that is very well maintained, minutes walk to East Village shopping centre but away enough to be super quite & ambient.
We are selling due to a timely opportunity for us as our neighbours in the same building moved out so we signed a lease agreement to take over their place.
We love living in Zetland and this building (hence the move to our neighbours place) however we are looking to buy other investment properties whilst still living in Zetland for the foreseeable future.
What this means for you:
* Rental period will be from 12th February for min 3 months but could extend further depending on when the place sells
* 1 bedroom fully furnished with wardrobe, mounted TV with Netflix, private bathroom and access to main large balcony
* You get the entire apartment to yourself that's partially furnished. That includes another large master bedroom with ensuite.

* We will likely require a bit of access over this time to show potential buyers the place, but this will be coordinated with you and with ample notice
