The building is on a dead end street and a very quiet place to live. Very sorry no pets allowed due to the close proximity to the public street. There is no garden or lawn and no secured "enclosed" fences or gates to the public street and cars, delivery/garbage trucks etc... No smoking or vaping allowed.
