About Lisa

With a passion for property, a love of working with people and more than 20 years of local real estate experience, Lisa has the professional approach, knowledge and personal skills to provide our clients with top quality property advice and management services. Having worked in real estate for the past 20 years on the North Shore and Northern Beaches, Lisa has extensive knowledge of the local rental market as well as an in depth understanding of the complex tenancy laws and regulations. Prior to joining Forsyth over nine years ago, Lisa managed a portfolio of prestige property within the Mosman area for six years and prior to this, headed the Property Management Department for a leading agency in Manly. Over the years, Lisa has managed properties of all sizes and prices, from $300 units to $7000 per week, luxury properties, all with the same high standard of care and attention to detail. Taking properties through the whole leasing and ongoing management process, she works closely with owners, providing feedback on the local market and recommendations for upgrades or other opportunities to generate a more optimum rental return. A North Shore resident, Lisa went to school in Chatswood and has worked consistently in Sydney’s North Shore throughout her Real Estate career. Prior to moving into real estate, Lisa worked in the travel industry specialising in corporate and executive travel, where she built excellent communication and problem-solving skills. These skills have stood her in good stead in her Real Estate career.

About Chantal

Having lived on the lower North Shore for the majority of her life, Chantal has a broad knowledge of the local area. With a passion for property and an investor herself, Chantal understands the importance of having your investment handled by a professional. She has been with Forsyth Real Estate for the last ten years and has worked in many aspects involved in the property industry before she moved into the role of Property Manager in early 2020. Chantal understands the importance of open communication, attention to detail and the ability to multitask. A most efficient, honest, and responsive agency with real emphasis on communication and support.

I have been with Forsyth for over twenty years and they have managed my property efficiently. Every issue is dealt with promptly and skillfully. My property manager demonstrates warmth, immense market knowledge and takes a real personal interest in my needs but also the needs of the tenant. Somehow the balance is just right. I wouldnt change for quids.
