•As a purchaser, I wouldn't normally have expected there to be much interaction between us and the agent (compared to, say, a vendor and agent) however Sam has exceeded our expectations, and was always very approachable if we had questions. He was also very helpful in a number of other housekeeping things such as keys, gaining access to the property, redirected mail etc. even well after the property purchase was settled. Reasons like this will mean Sam is be the first person we are likely to approach when looking to sell or buy in the area again.
Sam from the get go has been very informative.He knew the difficulties in selling my unit to prospective buyers with not having a car park. He is a good representation of his company his youth and ambition and willing to help his clients out from the start not the middle or last of the sale but from the get go.He provided reassurance that the market is hot at the moment and he will do everything in his abilities to a must sell position.He informed us with all open house information and plotted out a calendar so we were there with the ride.Although buyers where pointing out faults with the unit but his drive for positiveness has driven better buyers to come to auction.Im sure he will excel more and more and sell more and more .
