I had a great purchasing experience with Carla and her agency, Forsyth. Carla is a professional and responsible agent. I felt she really understood my situation and expectation after a short conversation during the first property inspection. Her explanation of the property and housing market was very helpful. I am glad I listened to her advice and purchased the unit she recommended at the time and price I did. I made a request to her for a strata report check and she liaised with the strata company and sorted everything out within one hour. Now my family have moved into the unit for more than a month. What she told us, quiet surroundings and friendly neighbours, are so true and my family like the unit very much. I appreciate everything Carla has done for me, her efforts, patient and professional recommendations. I believe without her assistance, I would have missed the lovely unit we bought.
