James and his colleagues were great to deal with from the time of the first contact. He was spot on predicting the best time to go on the market. Lead up open house sessions were well managed with good feedback. He made me feel my property was valued and precious to me after we had been the original builder/owners and brought up our family over forty years. The final negotiation at auction was handled very supportively and not rushed, thus assuring me I had ultimately the best price for my property.
