"We have loved living at this town house in Nightcliff over the last few years.
The location has offered numerous opportunities daily. All we have to do is walk across to road to the foreshore bike path where we have cycled, ran or walked to the Nightcliff markets, shops, Library, Café, swimming pool and parks.
The layout of the unit is open and encourages the cool coastal breezes, so we seldom use the air conditioning. We have used the refreshing pool tucked away at the back of the complex daily to seek refuge from Darwins heat.
We have found the area peaceful and have enjoyed getting to know our neighbours.
The town house has two private car parks, one of them being shaded. It makes packing the car for dry season camping adventures easier when the car is so close to the house.
The kitchen is spacious and newly renovated and we have enjoyed cooking a variety of food. Often we take our dinner and have a picnic watching the sunset just down the road from our unit, or eat on our balcony.
The complex is full of greenery with palm trees, frangipanis and crotons. This really makes us feel that we are living in a tropical paradise. The town house has a small private garden, where we have grown a variety of herbs and have a compost bin set up."
