The townhouse offers a queen bed downstairs with a removable partion that leads to the lounge room overlooking a tropical garden.. The upstairs bedrooms, one has a bunk bedwith a double down the bottom & single up top. All bedding has quality mattresses.
The other bedroom can be either used as a second lounge room equipped with a double fold out couch. It has a balcony overlooking tropical gardens.
Bathroom is located upstairs and has a deep bath.
The living and dining areas are open plan with 2 couches overlooking the gardens . The place has large ceiling to floor to ceiling Windows that allows lots of natural light. We have a beautiful fire place that radiates alot of heat out on those cold nights. You can even be watching tv from the comfort of your bed downstairs with the fire going. TV comes out from the wall.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic cooking utensils, oven, gas cook top and dishwasher.
Down stairs there is another bathroom next to the laundry.
There is also a single garage That fits a medium sized car. Car parking only for one car. There is other street parking available.
