My Friend & Family In Real Estate

Tracey has become a friend & family in our dealings with her. She always listens and takes in our input, but is also quick to advise with her extensive experience. Just sold our rental in Port Kennedy WA and was amazing. Can't recommend Tracey and Steve enough.

Best in the Field

Tracy has in-depth knowledge on the market. Her assessment was far better and accurate than the other agents in the area. She read the market condition perfectly . Tracey is a real estate wizard.

Tracey had exceptional market knowledge of the area and outstanding negotiation skills. Due to this, the final sales price dramatically exceeding my expectations. I am over the moon with the final result and how easy Tracey made the process of selling a home I had lived in for 30 years.
