Went above and beyond for a particularly complex sale

After contacting Brant, we mostly worked with Brock Reibel who took over the handling of our sale. After our first opening we received 2-3 really good offers. Unfortunately we had some complexity with a plumbing issue in the property which required extensive repairs which were quite expensive and took a long time to organise due to wild weather and flooding in the region. Brock was incredibly diligent in chasing up things with contractors, the buyer and any other thing we needed to get the sale over the line. There were reduced offers, counter offers and finally we settled on a price we were both happy with. He is an exceptional communicator, keeping us in the loop on an almost daily basis and I thoroughly recommend him as an agent.
