BLANK CANVAS IN PARADISE

Located in the highly sought after yet tightly held coastal hamlet of Congo, this home is a gem in the making. The location is ideal - its directly across the road from the gorgeous Congo Creek - you’ll be serenaded by a wide array of birdlife that live in the surrounded unspoilt bushland, then it’s just a short walk to the Iconic Congo Campground and beach - which offers easy access to both the creek and the beach. To be honest, the house itself will need a little TLC to bring her back to her former glory, but the bones are great and you will be rewarded with a stunning home in an amazing location. The home features 2 good sized bedrooms, a large combined bathroom and laundry and a generous open plan living area. The kitchen area also offers a generous footprint for you to get creative. Congo offers a lifestyle like no other, it’s surrounded by the Eurobodalla National Park on 3 sides and nature lovers will enjoy exploring the area which includes the 14km Bingi Dreaming Track that traces the ancient song lines of the location Yuin Aboriginal people. With a population of only around 250 Congo boasts a strong and vibrant community spirit. Imagine all this! and the township of Moruya is only around 17 mins way, which means you will have access to shops, medical services and schooling. Sounds perfect doesn’t it? Every experience with Peter was positive from start to finish.

Peter found the perfect buyer for the property at Congo having sold properties in the area before - it is a niche market. We wanted a quick sale and this was achieved. Considering the market and interest rates we weren't quite sure how long the sale would take and a quick sale was achieved and we were very happy with the price we got. We were updated weekly via email as well as on the phone when necessary or if we rang the office we were always dealt with efficiently. Fortunately it was sold to locals who love and appreiciate Congo as much as the previous owner which was the best outcome for everyone. Nothing was ever too much trouble in dealing with Peter and Fraser-Gray staff. At times we would walk in unannounced and we were always able to talk to any staff member who dealt with us efficiently. The marketing of the property was excellent particularly with the drone footage which highlighted the beautiful area and the location of the house which would have been a major attraction to the area. The links to websites also enabled a wider viewing which no doubt helped. We cannot thank Peter and Fraser-Gray team enough for everything that was achieved with regard the time the property was on the market, the price we got and the type of buyer that would suit the property.
