Totally Amazing.!!!

I’ll never use another agent! Fantastic service, fantastic result, awesome knowledge!

Steph reached out to us knowing we weren’t interested in selling early until the 2022 new year. She came to me after 2 weeks of making initial contact with a potential off market buyer which was happy to buy on our terms resulting in an early 2022 settlement. No word of a lie less then 2 days after discussing potential off market sales strategy Steph was at the house doing a walk through video which she then forwarded onto 4 potential buyers she had been working with. She was fantastic in notifying the buyers of our settlement terms to rule out any issues and knew exactly what sale price we were firm on which was realistic given the market and potential sale price given the potential rise over the settlement duration. Within 5 days we had the buyers through our home and were signing contracts at 9:30pm on a Friday night. Nothing was an issue for Steph regardless of the time and we felt respected and highly consulted throughout the entire process. Not only did Steph negotiate a street but also got us an estate record sale. She works with some of the best conveyancing solicitors which also makes the entire process seamless. I couldn’t recommend Steph higher and will be working with her as a buyer and seller in the future.
