A customer focused real estate agent that gets things done!
As first home buyers, my partner and I were quite daunted by the unfamiliar and somewhat complex process of securing a property. Although excited at the prospect of finally owning our own home, we were overwhelmed by the thought of actually getting it done. Erdal helped us to get it done. By answering all our questions promptly, diligently following up with the vendors, owners corporation manager and other parties where necessary to respond to all the issues we raised, and guiding us all the way in a professional, respectful and friendly manner, it's now all done! A huge thanks to Burak Binatli's team, especially to Erdal. Not having had to deal with real estate agents in any significant way in the past, we started our property hunt with apprehensions and negative preconceptions about their integrity and trustworthiness. As it turned out, Erdal could not possibly have been more different from the standard real estate agent stereotype. Wonderful selling experience
We were so lucky to have Burak as our agent. He was extremely professional and kept us up to date with the market and potential buyers through regular emails/ phone calls. Nothing was too hard and he went above our expectations. I would highly recommend his company in selling/ property management.
