Jake has been awesome to deal with..... He had good attendances with the open homes......a contract on my house within a month but still scheduled another open home to keep back up buyers ready in case their contract crashed. Steered me in the right direction when the buyers requested an extension which gave them the time they needed. Also let me know about the awesome brand new townhouse ( Rachael another lovely Freedom agent had the listing for but not really advertised yet) that I have now purchased......when I had nearly put a contract on another one that wasn't as big or anywhere near as good. Happy all round.
