I'm a recent, senior migrant to this country. I approached 2 Realty rental agents and furnished each with my specific requirements regarding my desired rental unit (size, location, parking etc). They gave me advice and guidance, and then then I gave both all my credentials/supporting documents/completed forms etc. And then I waited and watched the rentals as they became available on the Tenant App. Interestingly, I noted that the one agent was advertising online their rentals within my specs but had not yet contacted me, and the other agent contacted me before their rentals were advertised online. So the latter agent, Freemans, gave me the edge in the rental queue - why? because they didn't just file my documents but had them on hold in an 'actively searching' folder which was continuously borne in mind. Hmmmm - overt professionalism and communication. Ergo - Freemans managed to secure a super rental for me and I'm totally satisfied with our mutual dealings so far - and we've had many as there have been several problems with the unit simply because 'it is what it is' and not because of the agent of owner.
