An effortless property purchase

One week before heading for an overseas holiday I spotted a property for sale I had had my eyes on. I rang Jade who sent me the paperwork to express an interest in buying. The next day I attended the open inspection where I met Jade who was lovely and full of information about the property and purchase process. I made an offer which was accepted that afternoon! In a week I set off on my holiday with it all organised thanks for the helpful advise I had from Jade along the way. The settlement occurred without fuss while I was still overseas and online paperwork completed easily.
