Sales experience with Aron Tomkins

We chose Aron Tomkins for the sale of our house for several reasons: his knowledge of the local area is entrenched in decades of experience and his work ethic is of the highest quality. Aron understands the market, but most importantly he understands how to treat people in what is a very anxious time, for both the seller and buyer. He sells the house, but never tries to sell himself as a sales person. He is transparent and upfront, simple in approach, but effective. Aron achieved our desired price range, and in a short period of time, during horrendous weather - this in my opinion was quiet a feat. The last reason, and I believe the most important, is that Aron is ethical. Most realtors will sell your house, and all will brag about their monthly sales figures and why they are better than the next person, but Aron wants the best for both the seller and the buyer. Aron actually cares, he wants both parties to have benefited. Aron understands that volume sales, and excessive advertising are not how he creates interest in his brand, but by spending quality time to sell fewer homes, and concentrate on the clients and their desired outcomes, thus building a network of clients, by the hardest way possible - word of mouth.
