Dear Craig and Renee I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent engagement with your company. As you know I have both purchased and sold properties with Frost Real Estate. I was impressed at the outset by Craig’s professionalism, interpersonal skills and reliability. Craig was open and honest and went out of his way to support me to purchase my dream home. My purchase depended on a simultaneous sale of my investment property. Craig was able to explain my circumstances to the vendor and able to reassure them of my capacity to follow through. Craig did this ethically by examining the market and providing an honest market appraisal. Craig ensured all parties needs were met. In relation to the sale of my investment property, Craig and Renee were supportive and helpful, always courteous and nothing was of any trouble to them. They accommodated potential purchasers and were always available to respond to my needs. The fact that they were able to facilitate a sale during COVID restrictions is a testament to Craig’s perseverance and diligence. The administration staff were always friendly and responsive, sending documentation through in a timely manner.
