Savvy, thorough and honest

We've sold quite a few properties in our time, but I can safely say that Sacha was the most professional and thorough we have ever encountered. He did so much more than just sell the property - he provided us great advice on renovation work that better presented the house and even help coordinate the work. On a number of occasions Sacha went above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent. When it came to actually listed the property, I was impressed that Sacha revised his suggested asking price upwards - even though he already had the listing and it would have made his job easier to sell the house at the original quoted amount - I think this says a lot about his integrity.
